Ian Glass, Director
Ian is AIG's director. Ian is a warm leader; committed to excellence in customer service and employment environment. Ian's pursuit of excellence starts from the ground up; investing in good people, good resources and a good attitude. Ian believes in fostering ownership of tasks and empowering our staff to get things done and to be responsive to customer requests.
Ian recognises our people as assets and drives the company to create customer satisfaction that our staff can take pride in.
Allan Glass, Electrician, Manager
Allan is AIG’s NT Regional Manager for the Electrical trade.
Allan is our most senior Electrician, having worked in the trade for over 20 years. Allan is a highly skilled sparky and brings experience and strong leadership to our organisation.
Allan invests knowledge and energy into mentoring our apprentices, he is a quiet and influential force at AIG. In his spare time, Allan enjoys driving around the NT, frequently taking day trips out to see the reaches of our glorious landscape.
Mitchell Glass, NT Regional Plumbing Supervisor
Mitch is AIG's senior plumbing tradie. Mitch is the leader of the plumbing crew and a familiar face to all our project partners.
Mitch is a calm captain of the team, skilled technician, excellent resource manager and fantastic teacher. In his spare time Mitch is a car enthusiast and from time to time his vintage Ford Pick Up can be seen outside the AIG yard.
Jack Goldie, Plumber
Jack is the friendly face most of our residential clients know, he is our maintenance services plumber and the go to for house calls. Jack has 8 years' experience in the field and the work
ethic of a machine.
Jack is a good natured problem solver who likes to get it and get things fixed. Out in the community Jack is a familiar face to the footy crews as a local player for the Warratah team. Go the red & whites!
Georgia Foster, Office Manager/Finance
Georgia is AIG's Finance and Administration Officer. With a background in property management, Georgia brings a wealth of knowledge to her role. Georgia is skilled in proactive home maintenance.

Georgia is passionate about quality homes, and in her free time enjoys home renovation projects.
Luca Prandi, Plumber
Luca is our smiliest team member! Luca is our happiest plumber and AIG's in house gas fitter. Luca is a hard working asset who finds the joy in every day.
Luca's greatest pride is his family. When off the clock Luca can be found living up the dad life, usually on the BMX track with his kids
Liam Page, Electrician
Liam is one of AIG's sparkies. Liam has a sharp mind and good attitude, keen to jump in and further his skills at every opportunity.
Liam is a Darwin local who in his spare time likes repairing cars and fishing.
Sam Hopkins, Electrician
Sam is one of our sparkies. A quiet achiever, Sam takes pride in his work and has a friendly reassuring energy around him.
Sam is generous with his time and knowledge, thriving in learning environments and taking on skills readily.
Ryan Thornley, Plumber
Ryan is one of AIG's plumbers.
Ryan has unstoppable energy, he is hardworking, self-motivated, and soaking up the trade to be a fantastic addition to the team.
Ryan spends his spare time on his family farm and enjoys sport.
Ahlia Logan, School based Electrician
Ahlia is our school based electrician this year, and we are very lucky to have such a brilliant student.
Ahlia is a natural to the trade and her enthusiasm to learn and develop her sparky skills is a joy to have in the field.
